My little sister was obsessed with Barney when we were kids... It was such a cute show for kids, even if the song annoyed all the adults. Think of it as the original Baby Shark. Well, it looks like Barney, the lovable purple dinosaur is making a comeback. Mattel made the announcement that he has gotten a complete redesign and will appear in new movies, TV shows, YouTube content, and merchandise.
In fact, the first new Barney project is an animated series that will debut next year.
The new look, however, is already getting hate online. I think he looks alright -- I mean, look at that snatched jaw! Clearly, Barney had some work done in his off-time. 😂
