One of the topics we discussed on the latest episode of Give Our Take: is the pilot program over in the U.K. testing a four-day workweek model.
According to preliminary reports, of companies participating in the program, most have "seen no loss of productivity" and in some cases, even saw "a significant improvement."
It makes sense to me that employees with a better work/life balance would be less tired and more productive, but I'm not sure this fits the mold of our work culture here in the U.S. Certainly an interesting experiment.
