Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper called it quits after four years and one child together. Though neither Shayk or Cooper publicly commented on their split after the news broke, many fans of A Star Is Born speculated Cooper's close friendship with Lady Gaga played a part in their breakup. Shayk is opened up about her very public split for the first time in a new interview with Harper's Bazaar.
Despite her recent split, Shayk remains optimistic about the possibility of getting married one day ."Everyone looks at it differently," she says. "Do I believe in marriage? Yes, of course. I'm not the kind of person who is against it." The 33-year-old model also revealed she's a romantic at heart and laments modern dating. "Nobody's sending letters to anyone anymore," she said. "I really believe if you go for dinner with somebody, you don't have to send them a text or keep them updated on Instagram message. You freaking pick up the phone, call and say, 'Let's have dinner.'"
As for all those Lady Gaga rumors? She's not sweating those, either. To her, that's just people being curious. "I think it's just human beings: if you cannot have it, you want to have it. There's a curtain there, you want to open the curtain. It's curiosity I guess," she explained.
While everybody else is busy speculating about what happened in relationship, Shayk is simply continuing to live her life. She's working with Cooper to co-parent their 2-year-old daughter Lea de Seine and focusing on her modeling career.
