TMZ is reporting that rapper Rich The Kid is being hospitalized after attempting to fight off home intruders in Los Angeles, California on Thursday (June 14) night.
The news outlet claims that Rich was at his girlfriend Tori Brixx's house when the attack took place. Two masked men came into the home, and demanded jewelry and money. "We're told Rich tried to fight them off, and that three more men came into the home brandishing guns ... Rich was pistol-whipped during the struggle," TMZ explains.
The news site also claims that the men continued beating Rich, which is how the rapper got so severely injured. The robbers made away with a large amount of money and jewelry. As for Rich, he's still seeking medical care at the hospital. Someone from his team posted a photo of him laying in a hospital bed on his Instagram on Friday (June 15) morning. You can see it below.
Police were called after the violent attack. We're not sure if an official police report has been filed at the moment. Rich's team believes that the incident was planned out from the inside.
