Posted February 27th, 2014 @ 11:21am by Talk Radio 105.7 FM / 570 AM

UTAH'S WINTER OLYMPIC SILVER MEDALIST SKELETON RACER -- NOELLE PIKUS-PACE, OF EAGLE MOUNTAIN -- IS ONE OF THE MANY ATHLETES FROM THE GAMES, WITH UTAH TIES.

AFTER ARRIVING IN THE STATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT, SHE WAS WELCOMED BACK TO HER NEIGHBORHOOD BY FIRE ENGINE SIRENS... AND HUNDREDS OF FLAG-WAVING FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

NOELLE THANKED THE GATHERING FOR SEVERAL YEARS OF EMOTIONAL AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT, AS SHE CHASED HER OLYMPIC DREAM.

SHE SAYS, AFTER ALL THESE YEARS COMPETING, SHE'S ANXIOUS TO RETURN TO CAR POOLS AND P-T-A MEETINGS... WITH NO SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT HER ANNOUNCED RETIREMENT.
