AFTER SERVING A SEARCH WARRANT, SARATOGA SPRINGS POLICE -- WITH ASSISTANCE FROM THE F-B-I -- ARRESTED A 16-YEAR-OLD BOY, FOR THIS WEEK'S BOMB THREAT, AT WESTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL, WHICH DELAYED THE START OF THE SCHOOL YEAR, BY A DAY.

THE SUSPECT -- A FORMER STUDENT AT THE SCHOOL -- IS NOW BEING HELD IN A UTAH COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY, ON FELONY CHARGES.

POLICE SAY HE USED 'SKYPE' TO PHONE IN THE THREAT... AND OPERATORS OF THAT WEBSITE ASSISTED POLICE IN LOCATING HIM.

NO EXPLOSIVE DEVICES -- OR OTHER WEAPONS -- WERE LOCATED INSIDE THE SARATOGA SPRINGS HOME... OR, AT THE SCHOOL.

STUDENTS RETURNED TO WESTLAKE HIGH -- FROM THEIR SUMMER BREAK -- THE NEXT DAY.
