AS MAN AS A HUNDRED CARBON COUNTY HOMES WERE DAMAGED, EARLY TUESDAY MORNING, THANKS TO MOTHER NATURE'S RELENTLESS DOWNPOUR.

COUNTY OFFICIALS WERE OUT ALL NIGHT, ASSESSING DAMAGE.

SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES SAY THE WORST-HIT TOWNS ARE HELPER AND SPRING GLEN.

ONE RESIDENT SAYS, THE RUSHING WATER HIT HIS BASEMENT WINDOW SO HARD, IT BROKE OUT... AND HIS HOUSE HAD 4-FEET OF WATER IN IT.

SEVERAL COUNTY ROADS WERE ALSO FILLED WITH DEBRIS.

THERE WERE NO REPORTS OF ANY INJURIES.
